Terms of Service

By using Quick Greets (www.quickgreets.in) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You are welcome to copy, edit and send any greeting on the site to friends, family, colleagues and customers, on any app, for free. You do not need to credit us.

You may not:

• copy the collection in bulk, by hand or with scripts, crawlers or scrapers (search engines indexing the site are welcome);
• republish our greetings as a collection on another website, app, book or product;
• sell our greetings or present them as your own original collection.

The selection, writing and design of the site belong to Quick Greets. Occasion artwork is for use on the site only.

You can sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that account safe, as anyone who can sign in to it can see your saves and activity. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to hello@quickgreets.in. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Please don't use Quick Greets to:

• harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate anyone;
• send spam or bulk unsolicited messages;
• break the law, or try to break into, overload or disrupt the site.

You are responsible for the messages you send and who you send them to.

If you send us an idea, a greeting or a correction, we may use it to improve the site without owing you anything. Please don't send anything confidential or anything you don't have the right to share.

Sharing opens apps such as WhatsApp or Instagram, and some pages link to other websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

We write our greetings with care, but the site is provided "as is". We do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that every greeting suits every situation. Festival dates are given as a guide; please check local dates when they matter.

As far as the law allows, Quick Greets is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using the site. Because the site is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to INR 1,000. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

We may change the site or these terms. When we change the terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please write to us at hello@quickgreets.in so we can try to put things right.
